I created the 28 day hormone reset challenge because I needed something to keep me accountable and on track during the last few weeks of summer.

You see,I would often get gung-ho on a workout plan, new diet, meal plan, or “system” that would keep me going for a few weeks, and inevitably, I would have an unshakable interruption in my life, whether it’s a vacation, girls weekend, or a few nights out, I would be thrown off of my routine, and thrust into the nebulous of, “i can figure this out for myself and don’t really need a plan anymore…. Besides… it’s … insert the excuse… 

I am not trying to set myself up for a huge commitment, or a big change in my life…. small, incremental changes are the best way to make the biggest impact.
