About Me

Helping Women Cut Through the Noise and Find Real Support

I’ve spent years studying women’s biology, clinical nutrition, and bloodwork analysis—not just from books, but by helping real women who have been overlooked, gaslit, and been told to “just lose weight”. Before that, I was a Naval Officer and military consultant, where I learned how to analyze complex information, think critically, and never accept “good enough” as an answer. That same mindset is what drives me to not accept substandard care for women.

If you’ve ever been told “your labs look fine” while still feeling exhausted, bloated, anxious, or stuck in a body that doesn’t feel like yours, you’re not alone. I’ve seen it too many times. Women shouldn’t have to beg to be heard or told that feeling awful is just part of getting older.

That’s why I do what I do. With advanced functional bloodwork, strategic nutrition, and a real understanding of how hormones, metabolism, and gut health all connect, I help women cut through the noise and find solutions that actually work, without surgery or medication. No more guessing, no more restrictive diets—just real, science-backed answers that find the problem and address it.

Hi, I’m Dr. Eleanor Duelley.

I’m a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor (BCND), Board-Certified Nutritionist (CNS) and Licensed Dietician Nutritionist (LDN) based in Allen, TX.

My purpose is to guide women who are looking for a healthier path to healing their bodies with whole foods nutrition rather than immediately jumping to quick fixes or pharmaceuticals. My military and life experience gives me the edge when it comes to listening and guiding women to stand up for themselves and take charge of their own health care needs.
