About Me

Rethinking Women’s Health, the Way It Should’ve Been All Along

I’m not a medical doctor. I don’t diagnose, prescribe, or treat. My path has been different by design.

I’ve spent years studying women’s biology—not just the anatomy, but the rhythms. The hormonal tides, the metabolic shifts, the way a woman’s cycle responds to stress, nourishment, and lived experience. Where conventional medicine is trained to identify disease, naturopathy is trained to identify patterns. Subtle, meaningful ones. The kind most systems ignore.

My credentials reflect that depth: I’m a Board-Certified Naturopath (BCND), Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN). My academic background includes advanced study in organic chemistry, biochemistry, and clinical nutrition. But my true education has come from working alongside women—those who’ve been told their labs are “normal” while they feel anything but.

Naturopathy sees the body as intelligent, not broken. We don’t suppress symptoms—we ask why they’re there. We look at how systems interact. I use functional blood markers to observe—not to label, but to listen. This approach doesn’t rely on medications, quick fixes, or one-size-fits-all protocols. It relies on relationship. With your body. With your data. With your lived reality.

This is the work I do. Not medical care. Not symptom management. Just real, whole-body insight—for women who want to understand what’s happening beneath the surface.

Hi, I’m Eleanor Duelley.

I’m a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor (BCND), Board-Certified Nutritionist (CNS) and Licensed Dietician Nutritionist (LDN) based in Allen, TX.

My purpose is to support women who want a different path—one grounded in whole-food nutrition, body literacy, and naturopathic principles. I don’t offer prescriptions. I offer perspective. My military background taught me how to think critically, ask better questions, and lead with integrity. That same mindset now helps women cut through confusion, trust their bodies, and take ownership of their health—without relying on quick fixes or conventional care models.
