Ep 27 The Power in Your Period

When I was growing up, I was briefly told that I would get my period about once a month and to prepare for the worst.

THAT WAS IT.

No talk about hormones, cycles, or my body. It wasn’t until much later (about 30 years later) that I learned that a woman’s body has a second rhythm (besides the circadian) that repeats every 28 days (give or take).

The power in this info is astounding. In this episode, I detail how I came about this information and how I was able to apply it into my life to help me tap into my own feminine power, and how you can do it too.
