The actions and routines we have everyday that impact how our body functions. The food we eat, the air we breathe, the products we use…. and ALSO the restorative practices we incorporate, the over-exercise/fad diet trends that crush our hormones balance.

This type of stress is generally not talked about much amongst our friends and family, and certainly not addressed when. you are sitting in your doctors office asking why you don’t feel like yourself anymore.
