What is NLP and how does it work?

  • A guided meditation-like process that is similar to hypnosis but works by rewiring thoughts at a deep level. Accessing your unconscious mind and finding out why it is holding onto feelings that do not currently serve you, is the power of this technique.

Who is NLP for?

Anyone struggling with:

  • Anxiety, self-doubt, or overthinking
  • Feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns
  • Emotional baggage like guilt, fear, or shame
  • Lack of confidence or self-sabotage

 

What to expect from an NLP Session:

In your 80-minute session, I will gently guide you through NLP techniques designed to help your unconscious mind let go of limiting beliefs and replace them with new, confident thought patterns. You will always remain in full control throughout the process—your mind will only release what it is ready to, and nothing can be forced or coerced. This is a safe, supportive experience where you can explore and process what surfaces, getting clarity on your past traumas and realize deeper insight into the way you see your world, presently. My goal is to help you move forward with greater freedom, confidence, and ease.

Things to know about NLP

Many of my clients have been in therapy for years, working to process and release residual negative emotions from trauma and abuse. While NLP is a powerful tool for rewiring thought patterns and letting go of emotional burdens, it is not a replacement for professional mental health care. If you believe you need that level of support, I encourage you to seek guidance from a trained and licensed therapist. NLP serves as an alternative and supplemental practice to help you move forward in a new way.
