Your gut is completely unique!

From the moment you were born, your body has been exposed to a unique set of bacterias that are used to protect you, nourish you, and help you thrive. There are myriad influences on the state of functionality of your gut, such as the way you were birthed (vaginal or c-section), genetic history, places you have traveled, and what you have been exposed to… but there are OTHER unique factors you might not realize that are affecting you as well, such as stress and diet. When your gut functions without issues, there’s a good balance of bacteria helping your body process and get energy from the foods you eat, clear toxins, fight against disease, and boost your mood. When your gut runs into problems, you start experiencing symptoms like diarrhea, constipation, loose stools, gas, bloating, and abdominal pain.
